Our Outplacement program is made up of 5 stages:

1. Pre – counseling: Introduction to the program and definition of the steps to follow. (program and content personalization).

2. Assessment: Identification of the participant’s current situation and professional goals.

3. Orientation: Personalized coaching sessions based on the assessment results.

4. Training: Practice sessions to reinforce and practice all the necessary tools and skills required to achieve their new professional objectives.

5. Post – Counseling: After the program is finished the participant will receive support in case any doubt arises during any recruitment process.
