You will be able to choose between 4 – 7 key competencies of the position the person is applying of working on to evaluate.
If you want, one of our consultants can guide you in the selection of competencies that are best to evaluate depending on the job position.
2. TEST SELECTION
You´ll be able to choose from 4 a 8 available psychometric tests.
If you want, one of our consultants can guide you in the selection of the tests you want to apply that will give you the best results.
3. TEST APPLICATION
Our team sends the previously selected psychometric tests for the person to answer in the time lapse you decide
4. RESULTS ANALYSIS
Our expert consultants analyze the results of every psychometric test to identify if the skills you chose are high, moderate, or underdeveloped for the person we are evaluating.
Note: Every skill or characteristic are measured with a Likert Scale that goes from from 1 – 5 that will demonstrate the level of development for each of the selected competencies.

We have a variety of 7 psychometric tests you can choose from. We advise to choose a minimum ofminimum of 4 test to have a better profile analysis.
